My friend Chris who I know down here sent me this video of the story about his car which he has uploaded on Streetfire.net (that famous site with all the car racing vids or w/e). Crazy **** is that I would have never even known. Blew me away because when I see his car today, I couldn't believe the history behind it was as crazy as what it has gone through, shown in the video. He owns a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse and he restored it nicely, I give him mad props now too, he did it all himself!  Shocked

http://videos.streetfire.net/video/639521.htm

Check that **** out!  Afro  What do yall think?  Cool

WOW! amazing.  I give anyone credit for having the time and dedication to do something like that...especially to a car that isn't considered "worth the time and money" no disrespect to him, but it isn't like he's doing a Charger, Mustang, or SS from the 60's or 70's so many would say it isn't worth it.  Mad props to him for doing it though.  How much did he spend in total?

Well, I know what you mean about not worth the time or money because it isn't an antique. But then again, it's more of a personal opinion when it comes to that. I somewhat agree with u on that Jigga, because it's not like an classic from back in the muscle car days. Like how Chip Foose overhauled Joe Rogan's 1970 Hemi Cuda, I still remember that episode of Overhaulin' and that was ****in well worth it:

Before:

After:

Then again,  I also somewhat disagree with you Jigga because I really like the Mitsubishi Eclipse, especially 2nd gen and i'm glad he restored it, another DSM is saved which was stolen, stripped and left for junk somewhere, then finally seriously on the brink of getting junked. Brings a ****in smile to my face whenever I hear the successful outcome of that story!  Cool Trust me you should see how it looks in person. Alot better than the pics for sure! His **** can kick my Eclipse's ass any day of the week, i'm ****in jealous, lol! I definitely give Chris mad respect when it comes to his car, i'll tip my hat off to him anyday in honor of DSM's!  Afro

To answer ur question Jigga, I don't know. I gotta ask him how much the whole job cost. I'll get back to you on that, i'll ask him later on today in the afternoon when I get the chance.  Afro

Oh and he made a good choice in music for the video, I heard that rock song before and it definitely suits the video very well. LEAD ME INTO DARKNESS BUT EMERGES INTO LIGHT!!!
